(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a technique for synthesizing a large amount of an antigenic polypeptide for detecting Chlamydia bacteria. A dihydrofolate reductase in which a polypeptide B comprising at least 5 consecutive amino acid sequences in the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 2 is bound to the polypeptide of SEQ ID NO: 1 directly or via an intervening amino acid sequence. -An antigen-polypeptide fusion protein of Chlamydia pneumoniae, DNA encoding this fusion protein or DNA complementary thereto, recombinant vector containing this DNA, transformant containing this recombinant vector, and anti-Chlamydia pneumoniae antibody characterized by using the fusion protein as an antigen Manufacturing method. |
