Method for producing MDI-based polyurethane foam |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for producing an MDI-based polyurethane foam that achieves high density and good sag resistance while achieving low density. [Constitution] A raw material prepared by mixing a polyol, an isocyanate and water is used. The raw materials in the cavity react and foam. Immediately after injecting the raw material into the mold, the atmospheric pressure was reduced (50 0 to 600 Torr). Then return to normal pressure. In the case of a raw material having a rise time of 2 minutes, the pressure is changed in 1 minute 20 seconds to 1 minute 50 seconds. As a result, an MDI polyurethane foam composed of the outer layer portion 1 having a high density and high hardness and the inner layer portion 2 having a low density and low hardness can be obtained. |
