abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A novel cyanoguanidine derivative useful as a curing agent for epoxy resins, a thermosetting resin composition having excellent latent curability and storage stability, and electroless gold plating. Provided is an alkali development type photocurable thermosetting resin composition having excellent resistance. [Structure] A cyanoguanidine derivative represented by the following formula (1), that is, 2-cyanoguanidyl-4,6- A diamino-S-triazine is provided. This compound is hardly soluble in various organic solvents and has excellent thermal latent reactivity, and is particularly useful as a curing agent for epoxy resins. Therefore, this cyanoguanidine derivative is formulated with an epoxy resin, or with an active energy ray-curable resin having at least two ethylenically unsaturated bonds and a carboxyl group in one molecule, a photopolymerization initiator, and a diluent. As a result, a thermosetting or photocurable thermosetting composition that gives a cured film having excellent properties can be obtained. Embedded image |
