abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To enhance the effect of a conventional anticancer agent comprising a platinum complex, a combination of the platinum complex and a known anticancer agent is provided. [Structure] A known anticancer agent such as cisplatin or vincristine and an anticancer agent comprising a platinum complex of (Chemical Formula 1) are co-administered. As a result, the platinum complex (Chemical Formula 1), which did not function as an anticancer agent unless used in a large amount, can function as an anticancer agent even in a small amount. |
