abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a standard curve for clearance measurement, which is created by taking unique indexes on the vertical and horizontal axes. [Configuration] The product of the time (T) from administration of the test substance to blood collection and the clearance (CL) is taken on one of the coordinate axes, On the other hand, the ratio of the plasma test substance concentration (Cp) and the test substance dose (D) is taken. Alternatively, on one side, a value obtained by dividing the product of T and CL by the steady state distribution volume (Vss) is taken, and on the other side, a value obtained by dividing Cp by the ratio of D and Vss is taken. [Effect] It is possible to accurately measure renal clearance by a single administration of a test substance and a single blood sampling of a sample, and it is possible to significantly reduce the pain and burden on the patient and burden on the inspector.
