[Structure] Glass powder or glass fiber (eg, soft glass which may be waste glass, powder such as converter or blast furnace slag, or short glass fiber) is added to a process liquid. [Effect] Effective against hot phosphoric acid solution with a boiling point or higher, for which there was no effective anticorrosion method.
