abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To obtain a low-reflection laminated film with good productivity, a polarizing plate using the film, and a liquid crystal display device. [Structure] A low reflection laminate film comprises a polycarbonate film, and a hard coat layer and an optical interference layer. The optical interference layer includes at least one high refractive index layer and at least one low refractive index layer. The high refractive index layer is formed by applying a coating liquid containing an organic titanium compound monomer and / or an oligomer thereof in an amount of 70% or more in terms of solid content by weight and thermally drying.
