titleOfInvention Hot-dip aluminum plated steel sheet with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and method for producing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a hot-dip aluminum-plated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and the like, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: On the surface of a steel sheet, Si: 2 to 15%, Fe: 1.2% or less, Mn: 0.005-0.6%, Cr: Fe: 20 to 5 at 0.002 to 0.05%, an aluminum plating layer consisting essentially of Al and the coating layer-steel plate interface 0%, Si: 3 to 20%, Mn: 0.1 to 10%, C r: 0.05 to 1.0%, the hot-dip aluminized steel sheet having an alloy layer with an average composition such that the balance is substantially Al and having a thickness of 7 μm or less has excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. This steel sheet has Si: 3 to 15%, Fe: 0.5 to 3. 5%, Mn: 0.05 to 1.5%, Cr: 0.01 to It can be obtained by plating in a plating bath having 0.2% and the balance substantially consisting of Al, or a plating bath in which the sum of Zn and Sn concentrations in impurities in the plating layer is 1% or less.
