titleOfInvention | Water-soluble cutting and grinding oil for cemented carbide |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] When cutting and grinding cemented carbide with a high cobalt content, or when the cemented carbide and cutting and grinding oil are in contact for a long time, the cobalt in the alloy is transferred to the oil. Disclosed is a water-soluble cutting and grinding oil agent for cemented carbide, which effectively suppresses elution. [Structure] 20% by weight of N, N-dimethylethanolamine (hereinafter referred to as "%") and 10% of a beef tallow alkylpropylenediamine ethylene oxide 3 mol adduct are mixed, and 70% of water is added to the mixture to make the mixture super. A water-soluble cutting and grinding oil for hard alloys was prepared. Add cemented carbide grinding powder to this oil, When shaken and then filtered, the obtained filtrate was used to determine the amount of cobalt ions by atomic absorption spectrometry. The amount of cobalt eluted in the oil agent was very small. |
