abstract |
(57) Abstract: (i) A heat-sensitive layer containing a substantially non-photosensitive organic silver salt on a support, and (ii) a heat-sensitive layer or another side of the support having the heat-sensitive layer on the same side. To improve the image quality obtained by direct thermal imaging of a recording material containing a reducing agent present in the layer. The present invention comprises: (i) a heat-sensitive layer comprising a substantially non-photosensitive organic silver salt on a support; (ii) a protective layer comprising a calcined china clay dispersed in a binder; and (ii) i) To provide a recording material comprising a heat-sensitive layer and / or a reducing agent present in another layer on the same side of a support having the heat-sensitive layer. The present invention further provides an image forming method using the same. The images obtained can be used in medical diagnosis. |
