titleOfInvention Sheet heating element and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To obtain a planar heating element that can be easily formed into a three-dimensional shape that matches the shape of an object to be heated and that has excellent thermal efficiency. [Structure] A sheet heating element is formed of an insulating base material 1, a sheet resistor 2 formed on the insulating substrate, and a pair of electrodes 3a and 3b connected to the sheet resistor 2. Here, the insulating base material 1 is formed of a thermoplastic resin, the sheet-shaped resistor 2 is formed of a thermoplastic conductive composition, and a laminate including the thermoplastic resin and the thermoplastic conductive composition is formed by heating. By doing so, the insulating base material 1 and the planar resistor 2 are formed.
