titleOfInvention | Anti-vibration rubber composition and polyphenylene ether resin / anti-vibration rubber composite using the composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Consists of natural rubber and styrene resin or high styrene rubber having a styrene content of 60% by weight or more, containing 2.0 to 5.5% by weight of a styrene component, and modified with a vulcanizing agent. Anti-vibration rubber composition exhibiting adhesiveness by heat treatment on a polyphenylene ether resin, and polyphenylene ether resin / anti-vibration rubber composite obtained by blending a vulcanizing agent in the rubber composition and subjecting it to heat treatment on a modified polyphenylene ether resin body. [Effect] The anti-vibration rubber composition of the present invention has excellent adhesive strength to PPE resin, especially styrene-modified PPE resin, and is co-vulcanized during molding to firmly adhere PPE resin without using an adhesive agent. Can be a resin / vibration rubber composite and is a lightweight PPE resin that replaces the conventional metal / vibration rubber composite. It can be used as an anti-vibration rubber composite for automobiles, and contributes to weight reduction and fuel consumption improvement of automobiles. |
