titleOfInvention | Process for producing 5-substituted tetrazole compound |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide an industrially advantageous method for producing a 5-substituted tetrazole compound. [Structure] R 1 CN (R 1 represents a phenyl group optionally substituted by X, wherein X is halogen; nitro; phenyl optionally substituted by Y; Optionally present C1 to 20 alkyl, etc., wherein Y represents C1 to 20 alkyl, optionally protected hydroxyl group-substituted C1 to 20 alkyl, etc.) in the presence of a catalyst. Alternatively, hydrazine or a salt thereof is reacted in the absence of the compound to give a compound of the general formula R 1 C (= N H) After obtaining an amidrazone represented by NHNH 2 , a nitrite compound represented by the general formula YNO 2 (Y is hydrogen, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, an alkyl of C1 to 20) without isolation is obtained. And a method for producing a 5-substituted tetrazole compound represented by the general formula (4). |
