[Structure] 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene, 1,2,3-trichloro-chlorinated with chlorinated isocyanuric acid (eg trichloroisocyanuric acid) in the presence of sulfur trioxide or an acid containing sulfur trioxide (eg fuming sulfuric acid) Process for producing 4,6-dinitrobenzene.
