abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] While reducing the pressure loss of the regenerated gas passing through the reactor and preventing the nonuniform flow of the regenerated gas when passing through the reactor ,. [Structure] The closed reactor 11 is filled with an adsorbent 12 so as to partition the closed reactor 11 into a diffusion zone 43 and a collection zone 44. The reactor 11 is provided with a process gas inlet 31 communicating with the diffusion zone 43 and facing the adsorbent 12 and a process gas outlet 32 communicating with the collecting zone 44 and facing the adsorbent 12. Further, in the reactor 11, a regeneration gas inlet 35 communicating with the collection zone 44 and orthogonal to the treatment gas outlet 32 and a regeneration gas outlet 36 communicating with the diffusion zone 43 and orthogonal to the treatment gas inlet 31. To provide. A rectifying member 51 is provided at a corner where a wall surface facing the adsorbent 12 and a wall surface facing the regeneration gas outlet intersect in the diffusion zone 43 so as to round the corner.
