titleOfInvention | High hydroxyl value lactone polymer and method for producing the same |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Adhesives, adhesives, cured materials, thickeners, lubricating oils, polymer plasticizers, paints, various binders, biodegradable and medically applicable high hydroxyl groups for a wide range of uses. A valent lactone polymer and a method for producing the same are provided. [Structure] Represented by the following general formula (1), the number of moles of hydroxyl groups per 1 g of the polymer is 1 × 10 −4 to 1 × 10 −2 mol, the number of hydroxyl groups per molecule is 10 to 5,000, and High hydroxyl value lactone polymer having a number average molecular weight in the range of 20,000 to 2,000,000, and 10 to 10 per molecule. The method for producing a high hydroxyl group lactone polymer, which comprises melt-kneading a mixture of a polymer (A) having 5,000 hydroxyl groups and a lactone monomer (B) and a polymerization catalyst.
