[Composition] A pavement material composition comprising an aggregate wetted with water and a solidifying material, wherein the solidifying material is a primary component composed of a polyepoxy compound, and a primary and / or a polyamine compound and an epoxy compound. It is a two-pack type with a curing agent component consisting of an amine compound obtained by partially neutralizing a modified polyamine compound having a secondary amino group.
