titleOfInvention Method for evaluating haze of molding materials
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for evaluating haze of a molding material, which enables evaluation of haze of a molding compound containing a silicone compound and an ester compound with a small amount of molding material in a short time. [Structure] A cured product of a molding material containing a silicone compound and an ester compound is immersed in an organic solvent, ultrasonic waves are applied thereto, and the solvent is evaporated to dryness. Is measured with an infrared spectrometer, and the ratio of silicone to the ester compound is measured. Since the difference of the silicone exuding on the surface of the cured material of the molding material is detected by this ratio, the cloudiness of the molding material can be evaluated without actually molding the molding material a large number of times.
