(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention has been impossible with the prior art (1). Clear and clear method of revealing small-angle grain boundaries with no bubbles or corrosion unevenness on the corroded surface, and (2) Large-angle grain boundaries and small-angle grain boundaries on one sample that cannot be obtained by conventional observation methods.
