| abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Liquid resin is poured into the gap between the housed iron core and the mold, and the mold is polished as it is without removing the heated resin roll from the mold. An object of the present invention is to provide a resin roll molding frame that does not require a storage space and a resin roll molding method using the frame. [Structure] A wet paper web is formed from a slurry of kraft pulp by wet papermaking, and a plurality of the wet paper webs are laminated, and then dehydrated and dried under heat and pressure to form an integrated board into a cylindrical form. It is characterized in that an iron core is housed in the center of the mold, a resin is injected into a gap between the iron core and the mold, and then the mold is heated and the mold is polished and finished. |
