abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A method for producing a milk drink, which does not cause rings, floating of oil droplets, and precipitation, and a stabilizer formulation for a milk drink, which comprises adding galactomannan and xanthan gum. [Structure] In the production of a milk drink, 5-1000 ppm of galactomannan (one or a combination of two or more of locust bean gum, tara gum and guar gum) and 5-1000 ppm of xanthan gum are added.
