(57) Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be easily converted into a powder which can be redispersed in a neutral medium and also in an acidic or alkaline medium, and due to its excellent compatibility, to a hydraulic binder. Polymers that are suitable as an additive for, and at the same time guarantee the strength, flexibility and water resistance of hydraulic binders. The polymer comprises a) a monomer selected from the group of acrylates, optionally in combination with a monomer selected from the group of styrenes 80-1. 00% by weight and ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid compound 0-2 0% by weight of a core polymer and b) a monomer selected from the group of acrylates, optionally in combination with a monomer selected from the group of styrenes 6 0-95% by weight and ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid compound 5 The content of the sulfonic acid compound in the shell is higher than the content of the sulfonic acid compound in the core. |
