abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An object is to provide an improved breathing gas supply device which has difficulty in controlling the flow rate when the supply flow rate is small. [PROBLEMS] To use in a breathing gas supply device provided with a breathing gas generation means containing oxygen at a concentration higher than that of air, and a breathing gas supply means for supplying the oxygen-containing breathing gas to use. The oxygen concentration changing means for changing the oxygen concentration of the breathing gas to be supplied, the supply amount adjusting means for adjusting the supply amount of the breathing gas to be used, and the actual oxygen supply amount to be used are a predetermined amount. Control of the oxygen concentration varying means having a function of lowering the oxygen concentration of the breathing gas to be used when the actual oxygen supply amount is higher than the predetermined amount. And a breathing gas supply device.
