abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention is intended to recover fatigue from brain work and high-stress work, maintain tension for a long time, and eliminate stress. A tablet confectionery characterized in that glucose is mixed with one or more of an antioxidant substance and an anti-stress substance to form a molded article, and a sugar coating layer of glucose is provided on the outside of the molded article. Glucose is used as a main material, and an antioxidant substance and an anti-stress substance are put into a stirrer and uniformly stirred, and then a tableting machine is used to mold a core material having a predetermined shape. Then, the above core material is put into a sugar coating machine to form a sugar coating with glucose, which is a method for producing a tablet confectionery.
