abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The aim is to obtain a chemiluminescence measurement method using an acridinium ester, which allows rapid and accurate measurement without complicated operations. [Structure] A washing solution used for B / F separation by a chemiluminescence measurement method using an acridinium ester does not dissociate an antigen-antibody bond by a buffering agent, and the acridinium ester is a non-luminescent type. The pH is adjusted so that it can be changed to a luminescent type.
