[Structure] A modified bipolar membrane in which a cationic substance such as polyethyleneimine is present on the surface of the bipolar membrane on the side of the cation exchange membrane. A modified bipolar membrane in which an anionic substance such as sodium polystyrene sulfonate is present on the surface of the bipolar membrane on the side of the anion exchange membrane. |
