abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a novel sulfonamide derivative containing indole having excellent antitumor activity. [Structure] General formula (I) (In the formula, A is a monocyclic aromatic ring, Q is a monocyclic nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic ring which may have a substituent, an amidino group or a guanidino group, and T and V are a single bond or a lower bond. An alkylene group, U is a single bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, a formula-N (R 1) -, - CON (R 2) -, - N (R 3) CO -, - SO 2 N (R 4) - , - N (R 5) SO 2 -, - S (O) -, - SO 2 - or -CO- and (R 1 to R 5 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group), W is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, X is represents a halogen atom or a cyano group. However, when Q is an amidino group or a guanidino group and T is a single bond, U is also a single bond) or a sulfonamide derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. And an antitumor agent containing the compound as an active ingredient.
