(57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to produce a foam material, particularly a polyurethane foam material, using carbon dioxide physically dissolved under pressure. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the pressure of a liquid containing a dissolved gas under pressure, the liquid is pressure-reduced under the occurrence of a high shear rate by a super-range flow path having a small lateral dimension, and then the velocity of the liquid is foamed. It is suggested to reduce before. |
