titleOfInvention | Method of forming surface on synthetic resin molded article and synthetic resin molded article having surface by the method |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Simultaneously with the molding of a synthetic resin molded product, the surface of this synthetic resin molded product is formed of a uniform and strong multicolor non-peelable coated surface, for example, having a wood grain pattern. Is what you are trying to do. [Structure] The iron oxide particles are black by introducing a mixed fine particle into which black carbon particles having a large particle diameter and iron oxide particles having a small particle diameter are mixed to the inner wall of the molding frame which is charged with static electricity in advance. Carbon particles are attached to the forming frame in preference to the above to form the base portion, and black carbon particles are attached to the upper layer of iron oxide particles and attached to the side surface of the convex portion which becomes the concave portion in the protruding wood grain pattern. By further injecting a synthetic resin into the molding frame, pressurizing and molding, the mixed fine particles are taken into the resin surface as the synthetic resin cures, and at the same time as the molding of the synthetic resin molded product. A non-peelable coated surface having a uniform and strong wood grain pattern can be formed on the surface. |
