abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The solid reagent can be quantitatively and automatically added to a reaction flask to enable the automatic synthesis of a compound using the solid reagent. In addition, the solid reagent itself can be manufactured. [Structure] A tube 19 is projectingly provided on an upper portion of a reaction flask 2 and a screw 20 is incorporated therein, and a screw type powder supplying means is attached thereto, and a powder reagent is put into the screw from a hopper type reservoir 4 to the reaction flask 2. The reagent is automatically added quantitatively. A ball filter 7 is installed inside the reaction flask so that the powdered reagent that has reacted with the solution can be filtered to take out the product. At the same time, a stirring blade 29 rotating forward and backward is attached inside the reaction flask to stir the powder reagent and the solution. Further, a cooling jacket 6 is attached to the outer circumference of the reaction flask 2. Further, a solid reagent support is put into a reaction flask, a reagent solution is added to the flask, and the reagent is adsorbed to the support to produce a solid reagent. |
