abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a biosensor capable of easily measuring an index indicating freshness or a K value of a constant of freshness. [Structure] A first reactor packed with a carrier on which nucleoside phosphorylase and xanthine oxidase are immobilized, and a carrier on which AMP deaminase or adenosine phosphate deaminase, alkaline phosphatase, nucleoside phosphorylase and xanthine oxidase are packed. It is a flow injection type biosensor provided with a 2nd reactor. Further, either or both of the first and second reactors are filled with a carrier on which an enzyme for dephosphorylating ATP or ADP into AMP is immobilized.
