(57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for producing a polycarbonate composition which is stable for a long period of time, has little coloration, and is excellent in performance such as heat stability and hot water resistance in a method for producing a polycarbonate by a melt polymerization method. SOLUTION: A molten mixture of an aromatic hydroxy compound and a diaryl carbonate or a polymerization intermediate obtained by reacting an aromatic hydroxy compound and a diaryl carbonate is polymerized in a molten state while freely falling from a porous plate. A method for producing a polycarbonate composition, wherein an additive is added while in a molten state. |
