titleOfInvention probe
abstract (57) Abstract: A probe having a novel VNTR sequence showing restriction fragment length polymorphism is provided. SOLUTION: This fragment exists at the position of q27 of human chromosome 6 and exhibits restriction fragment length polymorphism due to TaqI, RsaI, PstI, PvuII, and at least three alleles between 2.1 kb and 1.6 kb for TaqI. , There are at least 4 alleles between 3.1 kb and 2.4 kb for RsaI, at least 3 alleles between 2.3 kb and 2.1 kb for PstI, and for PvuII A probe having a human VNTR sequence in which at least 3 alleles are present between 1.5 kb and 0.8 kb.
