titleOfInvention probe
abstract (57) Abstract: A probe having a novel VNTR sequence showing restriction fragment length polymorphism is provided. SOLUTION: It exists at the position of q27 of human chromosome 6, and has MspI, RsaI, TaqI, BglII, and Pst. I, PvuII show restriction fragment length polymorphisms, there are at least 6 alleles between 4.4 kb and 2.6 kb for MspI and at least 6 alleles between 5.2 kb and 3.0 kb for RsaI. There are alleles, there are at least 7 alleles between 5.0 kb and 3.0 kb for TaqI, at least 4 alleles between 10 kb and 3.0 kb for BglII, and for PstI From 6.0 kb to 3. There are at least 8 alleles between 0 kb, P A probe having a human VNTR sequence in which there are at least 5 alleles between 5.0 kb and 3.3 kb for vuII.
