abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for improving the linearity of a calibration curve in an enzyme immunoassay using a poorly water-soluble substrate. Further, it provides a method for solving these problems in an enzyme immunoassay method using a poorly water-soluble substrate without adding an organic solvent. [Structure] In an immunoassay using an enzyme as a label, an enzyme-labeled enzyme-labeled antibody or an enzyme-labeled enzyme-labeled antigen (hereinafter referred to as an enzyme label) is bound to a solid phase by an antigen-antibody reaction, and then bound to the solid phase. An enzyme immunoassay method, characterized in that the enzyme-labeled substance that has not been added is removed from the measurement system, and then the enzyme-labeled substance bound to the solid phase is released from the solid phase to carry out the labeling enzyme reaction. By a bond that can be reversibly dissociated under conditions that do not substantially inactivate the labeled enzyme activity, it consists of an enzyme-labeled product that binds an enzyme and an antibody or an enzyme and an antigen, and binds to the solid phase by dissociating the bond.
