abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A sample that has a fast sample detection time without contamination of the sample, excellent safety of residual reagents, and quantification, and does not leave colored reagents of reaction reagents in the sample. Provided are a detection method and a protein detection kit. [Structure] A reagent which reacts with a protein and develops a color is brought into contact with a portion where the protein is transferred from the surface of the sample to a detection medium, and the protein attached to the surface of the sample is detected depending on the degree of color development. Detection method. A detection kit for a protein, which contains a detection medium that transfers proteins from the surface of a sample and a reagent that reacts with the protein and develops a color.
