titleOfInvention | Moranolin derivative and production method |
abstract | (57) Summary: The present invention provides an improved moranolin derivative characterized by utilizing a moranolin derivative and a lipase which are intermediates of the pharmaceutically useful compound represented by the formula [I]. It provides a manufacturing method. Embedded image In the formula, R 1 represents a benzylidene together with acyl or R 2 having 2 to 18 carbon atoms, R 2 represents a benzylidene together with hydrogen or R 1. R 3 and R 4 represent hydrogen or acyl having 3 to 18 carbon atoms. However, at least one of R 3 and R 4 is hydrogen. Z represents an amine protecting group or lower alkyl. [Effect] The compound according to the present invention is an intermediate such as a sialyl Lewis type sugar chain derivative which is useful as a medicine. Furthermore, the production method according to the present invention is an industrially and economically excellent production method because it enables regioselective acylation to be easily carried out and the conventional steps have been shortened. |
