abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] While realizing a plate rolling mill roll bending device with high response and high control accuracy, A plate rolling method for obtaining flatness is provided. [Structure] Servo valves that can control the pressure difference are installed on four sides of the housing of the rolling mill, and the length of the pipe from the servo valve to the working cylinder for the bender is within 2 m to achieve a high control response of 10 Hz or higher. A roll bending apparatus having the same is realized. Furthermore, the roll bending apparatus of the present invention is incorporated into a plate rolling machine equipped with a hydraulic pressure reducing device, and simultaneous control of hydraulic pressure reduction and a roll bender achieves highly accurate plate thickness and flatness.
