titleOfInvention Method for measuring endotoxin or β-glucan
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring endotoxin or β-glucan using a turbidimetric time analysis method, which is highly sensitive and capable of detecting a smaller amount of endotoxin or β-glucan than conventional methods. Offer. SOLUTION: A water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose is allowed to coexist in a reaction solution when reacting a horseshoe crab blood cell component with endotoxin or β-glucan. A method for measuring endotoxin or β-glucan, which comprises performing turbidimetric analysis.
