titleOfInvention Citrus pulp and sandbags that do not produce off-taste or off-flavor due to aging of the product when used as a raw material for processed foods and methods for producing the same
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention is a citrus pulp / sandbag used as a raw material for processed foods, and when used as a raw material for processed foods, it produces an off-taste or offensive odor due to aging of the product. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a citrus pulp / sandbag and a method for producing the same. [Structure] Citrus pulp by washing with food additives such as ethanol, glycerin, and fatty acid esters, and food additive solutions containing calcium salts such as calcium lactate, calcium hydroxide, and calcium citrate. It is characterized by removing fruit oil components contained in sandbags, contaminants such as pectin, and food solvents represented by ethanol, glycerin, and fatty acid esters, and calcium lactate, calcium hydroxide, calcium citrate. It is characterized in that it is produced by washing with a food additive solution containing a calcium salt such as, and removing impurities such as fruit oil and pectin contained in citrus pulp and sandbags.
