titleOfInvention Image analysis method and granulation control method in granulator
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The present invention is based on an image analysis method for measuring particle characteristics after separating a particle image obtained by photographing particles during granulation by computer image processing and a granulation operation based on the measured value. It is to provide a control method for performing control. According to the method of the present invention, an image in which a plurality of imaged particle images are made into a binary image and the particle characteristics are accurately obtained as a particle image separated by any of contraction, circle, and wedge separation means. Based on the analysis method and the accurate particle characteristics during granulation obtained by this image analysis method, a granulation operation was performed to obtain a desired granule with a high yield.
