titleOfInvention | Polyester heat-bondable composite fiber and cushion structure |
abstract | (57) [Summary] A composite fiber comprising a polyester having a melting point of 200 ° C or higher as a core component and a polyether ester elastomer having a melting point of 200 ° C or less as a sheath component, wherein the elastomer of the sheath component is crystalline. A copolymer having a polyester as a hard segment and a polyether having a polyethylene glycol skeleton represented by the following formula (1) as a soft segment, the copolymer being equilibrated at 20 ° C. under 65% relative humidity. Moisture content is 2-10 % Of the polyester-based heat-bondable composite fiber and a cushion structure obtained by using the same. Embedded image [Effect] There is provided a cushion structure which is excellent in elastic performance, in particular, instantaneous impact resilience and durability, can suppress permanent compression strain and can be supplied at low cost, and a composite fiber which can be used for the cushion structure. |
