titleOfInvention | Method for obtaining lipid composition containing docosahexaenoic acid |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a method by which good docosahexaenoic acid with little odor and coloration can be obtained simply and efficiently. [Structure] (1) A step of crushing orbital adipose tissue of fish to obtain an aqueous crushed product containing oil droplets having an average particle size of 5 to 20 μm, (2) heating the aqueous crushed product at 30 to 60 ° C. The treatment step comprises the combination of (3) a step of obtaining a docosahexaenoic acid-containing lipid composition by centrifugation from the crushed material subjected to the heating treatment. |
