titleOfInvention Free radical polymerization method
abstract (57) Abstract: A narrow polydisperse thermoplastic resin capable of selecting a low temperature, for example, about 40 to about 100 ° C, more specifically about 50 to about 70 ° C, using ultrasonic energy. A free radical polymerization reaction method for providing a product is provided. SOLUTION: A first mixture of a free radical initiator, a stable free radical reagent, and at least one polymerizable monomer compound is heated to form a first intermediate product resin. 1. Cool the mixture and then isolate the first intermediate product resin. A second mixture containing at least one polymerizable monomer compound is added to the first intermediate product resin. Here, the monomer compounds in the first and second mixtures are different. A combined mixture is thus formed and the mixture is heated to form a third mixture that includes a thermoplastic resin formed from the first intermediate product resin and the second monomer. It is cooled and the thermoplastic resin is isolated from this mixture.
