(57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide novel antibiotics PF1158A, PF1158B and PF1158C substances having antitumor activity by a filamentous fungus culture method. [Structure] Filamentous fungus Geosmichia argillacea was cultured in a medium containing nutrients that can be used by ordinary microorganisms, and the antitumor activity of the obtained culture was determined by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography, etc. The desired product was isolated. The molecular formulas of the new antibiotics are C 45 H 36 O 15 for PF1158A substance and C 45 H 38 O 15 and PF115 for PF1158B substance, respectively. The 8C substance is C 45 H 38 O 15 . |
