abstract (57) [Abstract] [Formula I] [In the formula, n is 1 or 2, R 1 is a phenyl group or a naphthyl group as a monovalent residue, and a phenylene or biphenylene group or a naphthylene group is a divalent residue] A method for producing dibenzo- [c, e] [1,2] -oxaphosphorine is provided. SOLUTION: In the first step, a halogenated hydrocarbon R 1- (Hal) n [wherein R 1 has the above-mentioned meaning, n is 1 or 2, and halogen has an atomic weight of at least 35] and at least a stoichiometric amount of Mg under Grignard conditions. The reaction was carried out to obtain the corresponding Grignard compound R 1 (MgHal) n , which was used in the second step as 6-chloro-6H-dibenzo- [c, e] [1, The compound of formula I is prepared by reacting with 2] -oxaphosphorine.
