abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent cracks, swelling, etc. from occurring during heating and baking due to the moisture absorbed in the coating film when left under high temperature and high humidity conditions. [Structure] In a vinyl chloride plastisol composition such as a sealing composition containing a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer as main components, a water absorbing agent made of calcium oxide is added, and a mercapto silane coupling agent is added. By adding this coupling agent, it is possible to improve the hygroscopic cracking and swelling properties of the coating film that has been left in the sol state as it is after coating. Further, by adding a relatively large amount of calcium oxide, it is possible to improve the moisture absorption cracking and swelling properties when left after preheating and when left after intermediate coating. |
