abstract | (57) An object of the present invention is to provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of detecting an image of an anterior ocular segment of an eye to be inspected and measurement reflected light projected on the eye to be inspected by one photoelectric detector. An ophthalmologic apparatus according to the present invention includes a projection system for projecting measurement light of an eye to be inspected, a measurement reflected light of the eye to be inspected, onto a photoelectric detector, and a signal from the photoelectric detector.
