titleOfInvention | Specific binding test method and test reagent used therefor |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To detect a target substance easily and with high sensitivity. [Structure] A specific binding reagent having double-stranded DNA as a label is used as a test reagent. The labeled double-stranded DNA has a template sequence of ribozyme 32 having a predetermined structure. The target substance in the sample is reacted with the test reagent to form a complex, which is separated from the unreacted product, and the labeled double-stranded DNA of the complex is used as a template to form a ribozyme 32 (a nucleic acid having a specific base sequence Nucleic acid having a function as a catalyst which cleaves at position (1) is synthesized. When the ribozyme 32 acts on a predetermined substrate chain 31, the substrate chain 31 is cleaved and the base sequence length is shortened. The target substance in the sample is qualitatively / quantitatively estimated by detecting the short nucleic acid after the cleavage. |
