titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A photosensitive resin capable of obtaining a cured film having excellent water resistance, and thus capable of obtaining an image film having excellent resolution, solvent resistance, water resistance and abrasion resistance after development. A composition is provided. [Structure] Saponification degree of 70 to 99 containing water-soluble photocrosslinking agent A water-based emulsion of a hydrophobic polymer having a mol% partially saponified vinyl acetate polymer as a protective colloid and a partially saponified vinyl acetate polymer having a degree of saponification having a photocrosslinkable group of 70 to 99 mol% as a protective colloid A water-insoluble or sparingly water-soluble, photoactive ethylenically unsaturated group containing an oil-soluble photopolymerization initiator is added to a dispersion medium composed of at least one hydrophobic polymer emulsion selected from an aqueous emulsion of a hydrophobic polymer. A photosensitive resin composition, in which a dispersoid of the compound having is dispersed. |
